Taking feedback from site engineers and subcontractors.* Quality control of electrical store material and work involving construction of Distribution system. Identify and propose improvements to existing electrical system* Monitoring Daily Progress Reports, tracking of site progress activities as per schedule.* Freezing Bill of Quantities and Bill of Material.* Renovation of transformer, distribution line.* Finalization Contractor Billing and Measurements sheet.* Includes complete onsite management of the projects, including quantity estimation, quantity surveying, approving contractor’s bills, and final submission of post-build drawings, helping our clients complete their prestigious projects on time, on budget, and meeting quality norms.
