My passion for food and beverage has taken me across the world. Working in a 5 star hotel taught me to lead and supervise staff while managing, creating and executing unique menus and seasonal menus and all other restaurant related functions. I have extensive knowledge of beer, wines and spirits, along with an excellent ability to communicate with customers. Im a team player that will always go above and beyond to make sure that my guests are taken care of and satisfied.
