Basically we are level 1 Technician who handles escalated case of Customer Support Agent's from all the countries of North America continent, from Europe continent along with UK and Australia.My key role in that organization are as Follows ---1. Updating Windows and Mac operating system along with collecting logs of Error from application and event viewer in Windows.2. GPU DRIVERS update, checking compatibility and global rating with respect to applications compatibility.3. Software Crash/Launch related issue, Download/Install and Applications tool related all the issues and 4. System and application optimization related, performance related, external drive or local drive and RAM related issue.5. Network Troubleshooting and proxy related issue.6. Cloud storage update or sync related issues.7. Permission and user account related issue in Mac and Windows both.8. All kind of Account management related issue and language interface related issue.9. Follow up on escalated case from senior engineering team also escalating case if required.10. Impot Export related issue from or in Cloud as well as local and external drives.11. Working Experience in CRM Dynamics11. It's a blend process so we are trained to handle customer over chat, call as well as on email in order to troubleshoot the ongoing issue and to make a user friendly environment.
