Senior Metallurgist - Team Lead
CurrentSTELLANTIS group- Team lead for Engine adaptation and chassis perimeter.- Responsible for metallurgical interpretation, material selection, creation of technical specifications & creation of part specifications for vehicle cooling module ( Radiator, condenser, Fan system, HVAC, Compressor), Battery cooling- chiller, Exhaust system ( Hot and cold end), Fuel tank, powertrain mounts for ICE & EV vehicle.- Project management and part development for engine adaptation perimeter.- Material choice and supplier selection for the adaptation parts.- Responsible to propose alternate material and coating for engine adaptation parts.- Responsible to analyze the customer return parts to identify the cause of failure and circulate report to the supplier and part leaders.- Responsible for resources management, monitoring team on time delivery with customer satisfaction.- Handling international supplier from the development to end life cycle of the part.- APQP and PPAP documentation regarding to the material.- Material quotation in the PLM during supplier drawing validation, pilot batch inspection and PPAP stage.- Additional support to the recruitment whenever new requirements comes up.
