1. Worked in M/s Anya Polytech & Fertilizers Pvt. Ltd. (zinc sulphate fertilizer manufacturing plant) from 25 May 2016 to 30 April 2021.Job Responsibilities:As Mechanical Engineer (Operation & Maintenance) CPP Capacity 3 MW, Boiler 25 TPH .As Engineer (Mechanical) of 03MW extraction cum condensing turbine Make Triveni with 25 TPH, AFBC recovery boiler, 6400 CMH cooling tower with 70m3/h RO Plant I performed below jobs• Checking of equipment erection as per the drawing.• Checking of alignments for coal mill, pumps and various fans.• Erection & commissioning of vertical & horizontal centrifugal pump.• To co-operate & handled the field operator as boiler requirement & to line up and isolation of equipment like ID, PA, FD fans at the time boiler light up & shutdown. Coordination with field operator while cut-in oil gun, & isolation and normalization of the oil gun during cleaning.• In case of emergency any drives trip take immediately action and Safe start up, Shut down & Safe operation of boiler and its auxiliaries.• Drainable & Non-drainable Hydro test of Boiler.• Commissioning of ID, FD, PA Fan & Regenerator Try Sector type Rotary APH.• Detergent Flushing of Pre Boiler system & Chemical Cleaning of Boiler with EDTA Process.• Boiler first light up.• Steam Blowing of Boiler with Critical Piping including Auxiliary steam line.• Commissioning of Bowl Mill & CAVT of coal piping.• Commissioning of Safety valve floating activities.
