Greetings!!!My name is Pradeep, I would like to give you a brief introduction of myself about a career here.I have completed a Diploma in Electronics and Communication in the year of 2015, then I started my career in Bangalore for that I have joined a company called Schneider Electric Bangalore as a Quality Controller. It was a very good experience like how to interact with the client w.r.t the product-based business and i left that organization within 1.6 years. Then i was more like to work with the client interacted based job and I got placed as an Implementation engineer, the company called Vinformax System Pvt Ltd. It was very helpful for my career to improve my talking style with the client most importantly how to deal with the client to get the project PO(Purchase order) I have been worked this ord 1.3 years.After the organization "ALP Consulting" offered me a good opportunity to work with the HRIS software, here i had a very good experience like how to handle the new requirement and how to execute that in a short period, more intension is how to keep the client happy by purchasing our product.Currently, I'm working in "Greytip Software" as an implementation engineer and handling the HRIS modules i.e, Leave, Attendance, Expense modules, PMS, Knowledge about Payroll module process.And, I loved these all organizations because i learned lot of new things w.r.t the software tool business perspective. And awaiting to work with different companies to improve my career + knowledge etc....More importantly, my intension is if I have experience also I would like to work as a fresher to take a brief understanding of business flows, which will make me not fail any situation.Thanking you so much to take your time to read my summary.
