My Team Mission:Empower teams to automate tasks, reduce manual work, and deploy faster with confidence, ensuring consistent, high-quality software across CNA through CICD.Lead CI/CD Platform Strategy: Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the CI/CD platform as a product, ensuring it meets the needs of various teams and enables faster, more reliable deployments.Implement Gen AI Solutions: Research, explore, and integrate generative AI technologies to improve SDLC processes such as automated code quality checks, testing, and error detection.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, security, DevOps, and QA teams to define and implement platform features, reusable workflows, and quality assurance services.Metrics and Improvement: Establish and track key performance indicators (e.g., DORA metrics) to drive continuous improvement in deployment speed, reliability, and security.Shift-Left Practices: Embed quality and security earlier in the development lifecycle by integrating automated testing, code quality, and security scanning into the CI/CD pipelines.Cross-functional Team Alignment: Coordinate across stream-aligned teams (e.g., underwriting, claims) to ensure alignment with platform capabilities and drive adoption of CI/CD services.Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that scales the platform to support microservices, feature flags, continuous delivery, and high-frequency deployments.User Feedback: Gather feedback from internal users (developers, QA, security) and iterate on platform capabilities to enhance user experience and platform reliability.CI/CD as a Service: Deliver GitHub Actions and Code Quality as a Service as part of the platform’s offerings to streamline the development process.
