I was part of the founding team at consilnet and presently am working as the Managing Director. Consilnet specializes in providing Internet access to guests in its partner hotels.Strategized, and led marketing operations in Subcontinent and the Middle East.

Sr.Business manager and Head of sales and attitude training, was the top trainer for the company and produced the highest revenue both per day and a maximum number of training days.

I was looking after all marketing and Corporate communications and was reporting to the Managing Director.Championed the introduction of the ‘Brainchild’ range of PCs. Organized events to propagate products.Maximised cooperative advertising with Principals like Compaq and Intel; drove Unicorp Intel Inside.

For the first time DHL had a proactive and aggressively focussed business development,collections and operations team.I would say that DHL,Delhi office was a very strutcured place but i brought in dynamism and aggressive sales approach to the whole process.In addition to that each employee was happy and heard,which was an absolutely new thing at that.

Created a band of excellent sales people along with one of the best service teams in a small 200 square feet office in Central Delhi and created the most productive and cost efficient team.This team was absolutely fresh out of college and i was on my first supervisory assignment.Today the team boasts of three vice president level executives and many more.
