I am a Data Analyst with unconditional work rights in Australia. I am highly passionate on exploring data and delivering insights to generate real business value. I possess more than 5 years of experience and skills related to data analytics, data science and business intelligence gained from my work experience and continuous learning. Furthermore, I have used data analytics for new product recommendations, generated customer leads for promotional campaigns, conducted post campaign reviews for Customer Value Management and developed customer personas such as social media user, traveler (overseas), sports lover, supermarket user, bank customer, vehicle owner for data enrichment. In addition, I have designed data analytics roadmaps for SBUs by reviewing business objectives and problems, identifying analytical initiatives, assessing data readiness & ease of implementation, and estimating the business impact. Apart from that, I have gained leadership skills by mentoring and supervising interns by conducting one-on-one daily meetings and by sharing knowledge and resources to deliver data analytics projects. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills which I have used to communicate with different stakeholders. In addition, I have experience in agile project management by conducting backlog grooming, sprint planning, scrum, sprint retrospective sessions. These sessions were useful to gather business user requirements, transform the requirements to data solutions, set goals, provide daily status updates, prioritize tasks, and manage time.
