• As HRM: End-to-End Human Resource Management from Requirement gathering, Sourcing, Interviewing, Compensation Negotiation, offer release, On boarding, Induction, Exit interview to F&F Settlement.
• As HRM: Handling Entire HR Operations, Creating Healthy Work Environment, Performance Management, Payroll Management, Processes & Policies Creation, Induction, Training & Development
• As HRM: Suggest possible solutions to the management on HR issues related to employee engagement, performance management, rewards, recognition, Disciplinary and grievances etc.
• As Rec. Manager: Handling Senior Executive Hiring and Sourcing individually for the niche skills when required and Involved in Lateral and leadership hiring.
