My experience includes teaching, training, consulting and research in civil engineering. My goal is to enhance my domain knowledge and mentor faculty and students.During my 21 years of service in BIT I shared responsibility as Joint Director ( Academics) , Management Representative for ISO implementation , Member Of core committee for Accreditationq , Proctor Ann Head Of Departement Civil Engg for nearly 10 years. During this tenure I established the deptt as a center of Quality teaching and Testing Consultancy. The present position of Principal I am holding since April 2008 . The college was established in the year 2007. The present responsibility included planning and construction of the college building along with setting up academic infrastructure.At university level my responsibilities include being a member of prestigious Executive Council, Academic council, Dean, Chairman of Board of Studies of Civil Engineering was instrumental in developing latest syllabus , maintaining quality teaching standards , developing Research facilities , selection of faculty , approval of colleges , and other issues related to Administration and Finance.
