Design of following sub-systems and components within these sub-systems: Cooling Packages, Cooling kits, Belt Guards, Exhaust system and its mounting kits with wiring harness for John Deere 4.5L, 6.8L, 9.0L and 13.5L Diesel Engines. Major components in these systems are charge air coolers & its tubes, Radiators & its hoses, Surge Tanks & its mounting brackets, cooling package mountings, Belt guards per US & European norms, Decomposition Tubes, Exhaust filter mountings, SCR catalyst mountings, wiring harness for exhaust system, and various supporting brackets.• In addition to above components, Develop requirements and specifications as a result of collecting and analyzing engine data.• Plan the part design and testing based on the program and manufacturing requirement.• Create part and assembly 3D models and drawings using Pro/Modeling, Pro/Sheetmetal, Pro/Assembly, Pro/Detail, Pro/Piping, Pro/Cabling, and Pro/Welding in ProE/Wildfire and Creo Parametric.• Complete design documentation, Assembly instruction and bills-of-material in PDMLink, SAP and John Deere proprietary Product Data Integration system.• Release components and systems via Widchill PDMLink, SAP based PDM software and PDI per John Deere Power System’s Part Level Release Process.• Ensure performance, durability and reliability requirements are met for above systems through various testing and analytical methods.• Lead and co-ordinate a cross functional team completing Design Reviews, Design Process and Assembly Reviews and Product Verification & Validation plan for the above components and systems.• Lead component failure resolution process and documentation in the John Deere Non Conformance and Corrective Actions systems.• Participate in Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis and Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis for the above components and systems.

• Worked as Senior Design Engineer in John Deere Cotton Seeding team.• Assistance to project Manager in planning inputs, resources, manpower, skills, setting milestones, deliveries for execution of the project.• Preparing estimation for parts.• Create part and assembly 3D models and drawings using Pro/Modeling, Pro/Surfacing, Pro/Sheetmetal, Pro/Assembly, Pro/Detail, Pro/Piping, Pro/Cabling, Pro/Program and Pro/Welding in ProE/Wildfire 2.0• Quality checking of 3D models, detailed drawings to meet the customer specifications.• Maintaining activity log sheets/Inspection reports as part of ISO certification procedure.
