My role in the organization commenced with being an individual contributor. I was responsible for deploying the process of getting IFRS audit by KPMG from London to Pune. Post this I was quickly part of the controllership function and oversee resources who handle regulatory submissions, capital critical calculations, derivatives accounting monitoring and other sensitive areas. In addition, I now also work on board submissions and tax matters. This apart I coordinate SOX.

I work in the assurance service line. I handled audits and other specific consulting assignments.

 Capital Management and budgeting; Building new revenue verticals and streamlining the existing verticals by working out cost cutting measures; Instrumental in the credit rating obtained by the Company; Practical Exposure in the operations of a Non-Banking Finance Company in relation to Reserve Bank of India, Foreign Investment and Promotion Board regulations; Transitioned hedging strategy from forward contracts to structured options; Working on a project to bring an innovative SMS based solution for inbound international money transfer and live air ticket booking, both based on a USSD platform which can transform the industry. Was lastly involved in setting up a business unit to handle overseas education consultancy and immigration services.

Was part of the Assurance division. Some of the key responsibilites that was part of the profile were: Managing client deliverables; Time management, staffing and scheduling; Liaisoning with internal service lines to obtain clearances; Identifying new revenue opportunities for existing clients; Ability to discharge supervisory responsibilities as an engagement leader
