Membership reflects the movers and shakers of the industry within the country.The New Zealand Council of Shopping Centres is affiliated to the organisation.There is a research component to this organisation which collects, collates and produces statistically based handbooks and reports for the industry. My role was to oversee finance, operations and research at the National Office and its four branches.I was hired to establish operational systems and amalgamate the branches into a central accounting system, while still maintaining their financial profiles.-initial work on the iMIS system.-financial integration-implementation with MS CRM 4.0-design and implement credible reporting systems for the National Council as well as the branches-treasury accounting-expand brand awareness on existing research products through innovative market expansion-change management in new IT environment-successful project management and implementation of move to SBS 2008 and SQL servers-successfully reduced administrative costs in the financial areas of the business-membership data managementCurrently working on strenthening ties with IPD Australia to get better products for our members.
