This is a 'not for profit' organisation that has a memebrship base that guide policy and advocacy in the commercial property sector. Membership reflects the movers and shakers of the industry within the country.The New Zealand Council of Shopping Centres is affiliated to the organisation.There is a research component to this organisation which collects, collates and produces statistically based handbooks and reports for the industry. My role was to oversee finance, operations and research at the National Office and its four branches.I was hired to establish operational systems and amalgamate the branches into a central accounting system, while still maintaining their financial profiles.-initial work on the iMIS system.-financial integration-implementation with MS CRM 4.0-design and implement credible reporting systems for the National Council as well as the branches-treasury accounting-expand brand awareness on existing research products through innovative market expansion-change management in new IT environment-successful project management and implementation of move to SBS 2008 and SQL servers-successfully reduced administrative costs in the financial areas of the business-membership data managementCurrently working on strenthening ties with IPD Australia to get better products for our members.

In 1999 the University of Auckland launched an internationalisation programme to enhance its position in the international education market. This was done by creating an orgaisation to market, administer and provide quality services in the filed. I was its first Administrator tasked with making a Business Process for its administration. That year and the following the University achieved the highest ever international students, making the the organisation's as well as my contributions a very productive one.
