Testing application capabilities for Enterprise usages with suggestions for new capabilities.Day to day work includes user provisioning, subscription setup and managements, custom workflow setup for automated cube refresh from multiple sources based on inbuilt automated triggers and smart logics, platform support including Daily/Weekly/Monthly patching, troubleshooting break-fix issues and Platform upgrades. Most of the daily tasks like monitoring and jobs triggers have been converted to automated tasks using basic tools like bat tasks, SysMgr Workflows, etc. Additionally involved in Future Infra planning and estimations, MicroStrategy Architect for Regional Documents/Dossiers based POC and enhancement and break fix on the existing retails documents/reports, SDK based custom deployments of related scoreboards.
