The company primarily focuses on products to treat hemophilia, kidney disease, immune disorders and other chronic and acute medical conditions.Responsibilities:• Running scheduled reports to analyze PeopleSoft HR data & ensure accuracy• Preparing monthly “Data Integrity Statistics”, a consolidated report of all DI audits to give a summary of data errors, late hires and late terminations on monthly basis• Performing mass uploads to enter data in PeopleSoft that covers different tables (Position, Job data, personal etc) for global population. Salary loads included• Managing Performance Review and Career Planning (Taleo and In-house) system as administrator to provide support to end users with reference to all kinds of technical issues and ad-hoc issues like report extraction, performance ratings management• Managing PeopleSoft HR & Finance system access requests globally. I was promoted to the role of Lead Transaction Quality in Dec 2009 and in the year 2011, I was selected to be part of Train the Trainer program at IBM. After completing it, I took on the role of a process trainer along with managing the responsibilities of a Lead Quality. To ensure both responsibilities were fulfilled, I took on the role of a trainer for about 5 months from June to October and then post the training and OJT completion would resume the role of the Lead Transaction Quality. Responsibilities included: • Monitoring performance of customer service associates and providing adequate one on one feedback to ensure process compliance • Provided direct supervision of a team of 20+ representatives• Coordinating with operations function to streamline/enhance metrics• Client coordination – participating in weekly calibration calls with US clients to discuss the areas of opportunity, introduction of new policies and upcoming updates• Training - Classroom session for new hires to teach them on type of issues to be managed as a voice and non voice support associates. Imparting knowledge on how to search for solutions and reference materials while addressing customer calls/emails. Also included taking all responsibility from training till successful OJT (On Job training).
