Responsibilities:• Leading multiple scrum teams.• Handling distributed scrum teams (offshore (India)-onshore (US) model of development)• Arranging Sprint planning meetings, Daily Scrum Call, Daily, weekly project/sprint status publishing for the internal as well as external stake holders.• Organizing effective retrospective meeting at sprint/release/project level to understand areas of improvement and focus.• SoS sessions for multiple and dependent scrum teams, worked with PO for managing and prioritizing the sprint/release level product backlog.• Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments or team conflicts, and maintainfocus on product backlog and project timeline.• Maintain and addressing impediments time to time and ensured team is on track.• Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and keystakeholders.• Identifying the trading needs of the scrum team member.• Maintained consistent velocity of the teams.• Building the relationship with the customers, understand and address their concerns.• Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) maintained across scrum teams.• Kanban board execution, Scrum Board Management , Dashboard planning, Release/Deployment Management.• Demonstrates commitment to IT methodologies, processes and standards for project management / Agile methodology.• Coaches, mentors and supports team members, as needed. • Where appropriate, directly and indirectly supervise staff members in the development, • implementation, and delivery of services and products to client's requirements.• Where appropriate coordinate and supervise the daily activities of team members or business representatives.• Where appropriate set priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors

Responsibilities:• Leading the team. • Reviewing the Developers code and ensuring coding is as per the coding standards and is code compliance with the business requirement.• Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies• Publicizing the team's progress and successes to make sure they are highly visible to product owner / stakeholders.• Identifying developers training needs.• Assisting customers with their questions, problems and complaints.• Assisting in the recruitment, training and development of staff.• Providing project training and project documents to the new team members of the Development Team and bringing them to the pace like the other experienced developers in team, so that they can work independently.• Communicate with other management, engineers, product managers and support specialists on product issues• Empowered teams to self-organize and grow cross-functionality
