A technology leader with 3 decades of experience in the areas of systems, modeling and simulation in both Automotive and Non-Automotive industry. Pradeep started his career as Scientific Officer in Dept of Atomic Energy where he had 12-year stint in modelling and simulation of PHWR nuclear reactor system and its controls. Played a key role in using simulation techniques in design and validation associated with key nuclear power plant subsystems. Played the leadership role in developing a full scope real time Nuclear simulator used for design and training purposes.The acute research and analytical acumen developed during this period is a unique strength that Pradeep carries into all the innovative and enterprising endeavours he gets associated with.As the Head of the Department of Electrification topic and the Electrification CoE at RBEI, Pradeep is currently leading a team 300+ working in EV related areas ,providing solutions to global customers and also involved in working on advanced topic for next generation electrification products and solutions for the as part of CoE Electrification. Pradeep holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech (Honours)) in Instrumentation & Control system and a Bachelor degree (B.Tech - Electrical Engineering) from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut. A much sought-after key-note and technology speaker at many national and international conferences on automotive electrification, Pradeep also serves as a visiting faculty at NIT Calicut."
