Senior Director - Business Excellence
Role: Head of Business Excellence &Testing, Chief Privacy Officer.As the Head of Business Excellence and Testing, I am responsible to ensure Reliable, Repeatable, and Consistent Service Delivery through effective process, project, knowledge management, Business Continuity management, Information security, Data Privacy and testing practices. I am also responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to ensure successful business engagements covering all business units. My key responsibilities include• Implementing Business Processes based on CMMI, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, HIPAA and HITRUST requirements• Business Continuity management - planning, implementation, training and testing• Implementing Information security and Data Privacy (as Chief Privacy Officer)- Defining and implementing policies, Ensure planning, tracking and controlling management of critical data (PII & PHI) handled as part of customer projects. • Implementing risk-based program/project management, and engagement governance to ensure successful delivery• Facilitating projects & engagements in process set-up, improve customer satisfaction & relationship, based on customer commitment/expectations management. Measurement and analysis of customer satisfaction is one of the practice enabling this.• Implementing break-through improvement programs to benefit the customers and my organization.• Implementing and supporting tools for Project Management (Financial Force-PSA), Knowledge Management (iKnowledge) and Time Management (Sapience).• Conceptualizing and implementing the strategic initiatives and delivering results by effectively managing distributed teams• Testing – Plan and execute both manual and automated testing to ensure defects are not leaked to the customers.
