Worked on Data Migration project migrating data from Doremon(XP Family) Array to 3PAR Array• Data migration is the process of transferring data between 2 HP storage Arrays with FC technology. It is a key consideration for any system implementation, upgrade of existing Doremon Array family to Latest 3PAR array which has more performance, efficiency and faster access. • HP 3PAR Online Import for XP Storage manages the migration of data from a source HP XP Storage system to a destination HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage system. Using HP 3PAR Online Import for XP Storage, you can migrate HP XP LDEVs and host configuration information to a destination HP 3PAR StoreServ Storage system without changing host configurations.• Involved in Preparing/writing New Test cases as per the New 3PAR Migration tool (SSMC) requirements.• Also involved in test case review and updating the required portions as per the requirement.Prior to Data Migration project, worked on HBA Qualification, Qualifying the Fiber channel HBA Firmware and Drivers on heterogeneous SAN(Storage Area Network) Environment.HBA(Brocade/Qlogic/Emulex) Qualification on all OS with all of HP's Storage arrays which Involves working on both FC and FCoE SAN.
