- Handling OEM’s like Bajaj, Mahindra, Piaggio, Force Motors, VECV and various Tier I/II Automotive customers - Promoting Adhesive solutions in Exterior, Interior, Powertrain and Chassis applications of Vehicles( PV, CV, 2W and 3W)

Automotive Sales & Business development for connecting solutions (Clamps, Rings, Quick Connectors etc.) with large Automotive OEM & Tier 1/2/3 customers.Responsible for Oetiker Metallic Quick Connector's business development in INDIA & ASEAN Region.Part of Oetiker Global Key Account Management team for Heating & Cooling Application and handling one of the customer as Global Key Account.

• Automotive Sales & Business development for connecting solutions (Clamps, Rings, Quick Connectors etc.) with large Automotive OEM & Tier 1/2/3 customers.• Answer to RFP/RFQ/RFI together with Key Account Sales Manager.• Understanding the Customer needs and inputs from Sales teams to design and deliver technically and financially viable solutions for various automotive applications.• If required, acts as a Project Manager for key projects to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer’s expectation and initial proposals.• Communicate customer needs and concerns throughout all levels of the organization both verbally and various written communications and presentations.• Support for field product troubleshooting and deliver service to the products.• Conduct regular Product and Application Trainings for Internal and external personnel to develop technical competency and product awareness.

• Developing viable product solutions based on customer inquiries and inputs and current market scenario.• Computing project schedule and cost estimation for design projects using work breakdown analysis. • Execution of New Product and Concept Design for Deep Sea Technical Solutions. • Prepare and evaluate scope of supply in Technical Bidding for sub-sea applications. • Maintain project Resource Allocation Matrix for manpower under resource management. • Organize the deliverable and project documents through PLM – Enovia (Documentation).

• Core member of Product Council, Pre-sales and Influencer Management team.• Product benchmarking and competitor product analysis for arriving at optimize market requirements to grow market share of product.• Design and development new and customized products of Locking Solutions for Exports market.• Product Standardization as per BIS, EN and SANS standards. • Product validation and Technical support for new launch of Sourced Products.• Technology scouting for effective manufacturing and inspection of components.• Preparation of Technical specification, Cost Sheet and Raw material specification sheets. • Documentation of Product files for audit purpose and Product Data Management.
