Procurement Organisation Structuring: Setting up of shared service centre for Samsung South West Asia by consolidation all business units of Samsung. Under this project SMEs’ for all major categories were deployed with support staff for analytics and RFP evaluation.Spend Analytics: Evaluation of spend data for all business divisions to identify top spend within the divisions and then a consolidated spend analysis to identify top categories across divisionsProcurement Optimization: Category rationalization to aggregate the demand for routine requirement and one offs for better long term price agreements along with other contract terms with strategic partners. This resulted in identifying few categories for a “quick win” project which helped in savings above $12 million within 12 months.
