• Responsible of creating bills for the work completed by the Insured Pre-foreclosure Title Search department.• Placing Orders for Different types of LOB’s• Collect and collate all the work completed by the department• Verify the completion of work • Create and submit bills for the completed work• Quality Check - Verifying the processed bills • Prepare a periodic reports for the Management• Query Handling – Attending the queries of the counter part in the US, clarifying the queries in Vendor Payments. Giving feedback to the individuals and also discussing the cause of the error in the team hurdle to avoid such errors in future.• Coordinating with Finance Team to ensure timely Vendor Payments• Vendor Maintenance - Ensure Vendor Registrations(Taking Care of uploading Vendor details in relevant systems)• Maintaining Vendor Profiles
