As a manager at NTPC Limited, the largest power utility in India, I have over 10 years of experience in executing and managing large-scale high CAPEX power projects. I am a certified associate project manager (CAPM) and a certified energy auditor and manager (CEA/CEM), with a global MBA in strategic leadership and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.My core competencies include project planning, monitoring, execution, and budgeting, stakeholder negotiation and management, risk management, quality assurance, and adherence to HSE policies. I have successfully reactivated multiple dormant projects and delivered FGD and steam generator packages for 800MW power plants, in collaboration with international partners such as Doosan and Hitachi. I have also managed material management, site engineering issues, and smaller work packages.
