Was under a unique program in which, we studied syllabi for both B.Sc. Nautical Sciences and B.E. Marine Engineering. Underwent an internship on vessels for 18 months during this program wherein, ended up learning operations aspects both theoretically as well as practically. Being a dual officer cadet, underwent training as an engineering cadet as well as a deck cadet. Having complete exposure to all the operations and management done on a vessel, we developed a greater appreciation of all the aspects of the shipping business from the vessel's point of view.
