Currently Heading Business Development of MEP Division of ERA Infra Engineering Limited and taking care of all the tendering processes, Which includes meeting with Consultants and clients, tender preparation, Tender Negotiation and finalization of tenders

Meeting with consultants and Architects to generate the business. Meeting with clients for their upcoming projects. Getting and submitting tenders for the projects. Negotiation and finalizing the orders.

 Heading the entire business operation for the South Region. Heading a team of Five Managers. Preparation of Business Plan for the region & assigning the sales target for the Territory Managers, Distributors & dealers. Monitoring the performance of the team members & assist them in closing big business deals. Handling of Major Key Accounts directly & provide them with total security solutions to their satisfaction. Taking care of the Sales promotion activities for the region. Keeping a close look at the competitor’s product of the same range and their market segment. Identifying and developing the new areas in terms of market extension. Responsible for the Business development of the entire region & for the achievements of the sales & collection target for the region.
