Co-ordinates and manages reporting needs and data analytics for the organization.• Multi-locational IT infrastructure management which includes IT usage policy, Backup policy, Network security policy implementation over LAN/WAN• Manage and monitor smooth running of multi-locational MPLS VPN network to ensure high availability of the business solutions • Software license compliance management• Annual IT budgeting and procurement• Active team member in digital initiatives for Publishing Division• Team Lead, staff management, training and development• Provide guidance, direction and mentorship to IT Team at HO and other locations• Communicates IT plans, policies and technology trends through the organization including management and professional staff.
