Built our infrastructure using open-source e-commerce frameworks like Opencart, Prestashop & Shopify to maintain services effectively, using a non-technical workforce.• Built and established the company as a brand. Piloted several marketing campaigns to evaluate and adopt a sustainable go-to-market plan.• Was the creative head - responsible for designing all in-house content, designs & narrative.
