Responsibilities:• Ensure Fixnet application availability and service operation for Mediation, DIL, INFPORT, TTM, DJINVOICE, File transfer application.• Ensure End to End order processing completion through COM/SOM/SALCUS for Fixnet customer. Pro-active Dashboard order cleaning from Fixnet order Monitoring Dashboard.• Analysis and understanding technical and functional impact of new change which will be implemented in production. Participate on CAB meeting. Implementation & Verification of Change.• Meeting with development team regarding any Defect/Issue on the production after release.• Ensure Resolution of incident with in the KPI.• Meeting with 3rd party vendor for discussion of production issue and improvement of the product accuracy.• Daily huddle with team and distribute the work responsibility to each team member. Helping team member in regarding technical solution.• Knowledge transition taken from Accenture for Fixnet Billing System (Kenan) and provide service without any KPI violation• Support on Migration from Fixnet Billing System to Mobile Billing System.• Find out the root cause of repeated issue through problem management.• Risk Analysis and inform to Telefonica about upcoming risk. • Client meeting to discuss current delivery status and service improvement.• Design & Implement a File transfer process between different Application for Fixnet Migration work.
