 Service Delivery and Client Management. Review the effectiveness and efficiency of existing modules (e-procurement) and further Leveraging these systems as per client requirements. Implement and adhere to quality delivery parameters and project timeliness for each project as per client’s requirements and policies of the organization. Proactively assess client’s changing requirements and suggest changes which can be implemented. Testing their requirements and reporting the bugs/errors to the tech team. Conduct Demo session for clients about the product and deploy the product after client approval. Make training manuals for buyers and suppliers and conduct workshops. Support in designing modules along with tech team in coordination with the A/C Management team. Research and understand client needs and get the changes incorporate in the application by conducting feasibility check. Coordinate and perform regression testing, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems and get signoff. Responsible for Client follow up, coordination and SLA sign off. Provide support and address any concerns of existing clients with respect to usage of Platform. Ensure initial rollout for new client, coordination with the technology and Account Management Team. Ensure updates and reports are shared with client as per timelines. Create and set Procedures to follow for effective record management & documentation. 3 years of experience in the eProcurement application of Bharat Heavy Electrical LTD (BHEL), Power Grid corporation India Ltd.(PGCIL) , Voltas and DGH. Experience in Functional testing on DGH portal. Experience in Functional testing on Govt. of BIHAR eProc Portal. Working on UAT for Govt. Of Bihar eProc Project. Template Creation & Testing at eProc V2 Platform. Testing of functionalities on new version deployments and submission of test reports to EPS support team at MJ-HO. Initiating auction for VOLTAS and providing full support to the supplier while live auction ongoing. Experience in providing training on eProcurement application to the Buyers and Vendors of Bharat Heavy Electrical LTD (BHEL) , Power Grid corporation India Ltd. (PGCIL) , Voltas & DGH (DIRECTORATE GNERAL OF HYDROCARBONS) Project. Experience in providing online technical help to the bidders regarding the bid submission in eProcurement application. Experience in providing online help to the buyers to make tenders properly and efficiently.
