Worked with Kathmandu Living Labs in a comprehensive exploration of open mapping practices, aiming to unveil its potential and establish a robust framework along with guiding principles. This initiative focused on facilitating outreach efforts, fostering motivation, delivering training, and effectively engaging citizen volunteers, with a specific emphasis on the youth population, to participate actively in mapping initiatives across Nepal.

The National Volunteering Program (NVP) is a collaborative initiative involving the Government of Nepal, the National Planning Commission (NPC), the National Development Volunteer Service (NDVS), and the Himalayan Climate Initiative (HCI). It was established following a devastating earthquake that struck the nation on April 25, 2015. The primary objective of NVP is to motivate and engage Nepali citizens in volunteering activities for the betterment of their country. The program facilitates the enrollment of volunteers, offers comprehensive orientation sessions, and strategically deploys them to contribute to relief, rehabilitation, and reconstruction efforts.

I hosted a TV talk show called "The Second Generation with Pradip Khatiwada." The show provided a platform for young individuals to showcase their innovative ideas and initiatives.
