-Responsible for reviewing different type of engineering, procurement and construction related C&I deliverables like instrument datasheets, layout drawings, hook up drawings, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, schedules, Instrument load schedule etc. -To review bidders’ technical proposals for E&I equipment, control systems, field instruments and techno-commercial negotiations to placing Procurement orders.-FAT, SAT and commissioning of different control systems & E&I equipment like DCS, VSD, FDA, CCTV, CEMS etc. -To resolve site engineering requests, erection & installation related site queries, site engineering change requests raised by end users. -Participation in Control systems FAT at vendor place and SAT at site.-P&ID review with detail engineering contractors and implement the outcome of E&I part.-Upgradation and implementation of E&I & control systems obsolescence plan as per plant requirement-To coordinate with engineering contractor for timely completion of engineering activities. -Responsible for maintaining BOQ for procurement in SAP. -Technical support to site and O&M during erection and commissioning work.-Completed projects included 1. Integrated 8400TPD Cement Integrated plant from Mines to Packing plant.2. Cement VRM with Packing and Silos -on-going project with all E&I design, procurement, layout, cable engineering, BOQ, planning, DCS integration being done independently.
