1.Attendance, leave management.2.Verifying contract labour attendance and headcount tracking.3.Associating with accounts dept. for timely payment to the labour contractors as per agreement. Ensuring all statutory payments at right time as per regulations.4.Statutory compliances PF, ESI, Professional tax etc. and ensuring ESI formalities to all the sub codes.5.Joining formalities, Induction, etc. Co-ordination with HO, for offer letters/appointment letters etc.6.Salary and Wage administration- ensuring salary input/output and to ensure the correctness with HO. Payroll.7.Co-ordinating with HO and accounts dept. regarding full and final settlement8.Maintaining cost for casual labour intake9.Adhering the assignment as and when given by the management10.Ensuring HR support to the employees.
