I am looking after receiving customer complaints and resolving the complaints received from Indian Railways pertaining different types of batteries used by them. I also maintain very good relationship through prompt correspondence to their querries. I manage a team of 60 people deployed all over India to carryout servicing and preventive maintenance of batteries in Indian Railways. I provide financial support to our representative to meet the opertional requirement as defined by company rules. I teke care of dispatch of bateries to meet the requirement of our customer and also ensure that the defective batteries collected and booked back to our factory. I interact with our production depatment, dispatch section and quality assurance department for timely production and delivery of correct type of batteries after quality check. I ensure that all activity is carried out keeping in mind the growth of our company, satisfaction of the custmer and comfort of our representative at different location.

I used to advice people to secure the future of there dependents by suggesting them appropriate life insurance plan as per their affordability. I used to help people with propper financial planing so that they can achieve thier financial goal irrespective of the situation. I also used to suggest my prospective clients to paln for the future financial goals of their lovedonce in case of the unfortunate situation of him not being around to take care.

As Language councelor I used to help parents how to teach their children in a playway method and more scientificaly. The same procedure is being followed in most of the mordern days schools. For the grown up people I used to suggest them how to improve their communication skills without attending classes and by spending just 30minutes everyday at his/her own convenient time and place. I used to help people to lern foreign languages so that they can achieve success in their proffesonal carrer or just for the interest of learning another language of their choise.
