• Looking after storage.management and handling of different malts.• Looking after storage and handling of all other raw material such as hops,adjuncts,spices,flavours,emzymes and chemicals.• Looking after milling and brewing of different styles of beers single-handedly.• Looking agter fermentation and maturation of different types of beers.• Looking after transafers of beers from fermenters to BBTs.• Looking after caustic CIP of Mash Tun,Lauter Tun and Wort Kettle.• Looking after Caustic CIP of Fermenters,BBTs and Dispensing lines.• Looking of all types of troubleshooting in beer storage and beer dispensing to customers.• Looking after operation and maintenance of RO and ETP plant.• Looking after documentation and maintenance of data of all kind of activities taking place in the operation of brewery including daily sale of the beer.laboratory work:•Estimation of alcohol, specific gravity, Malt analysis (scarification, moisture, etc.), *Alkanity of water(Total Hardness, pp, chlorine, Methyl orange), purity of CO2 .*pH of “beer, wort, water”.* Identification B.U(Bitterness unit), determination of color, checking of carton & label.•Cell count (yeast count) of the fermenting beer.
