During his tenure in this role, * Marvell’s India presence transformed from being a software-only destination in perception and practice to wholesome development centers with execution ownership of hardware and software projects of critical business impact. * Marvell-India grew to be the second largest geography of the company after US with presence expanding to five cities of India with addition of diverse skills across software and hardware engineering ranging from Automotive to 5G, Networking, Storage and so on. * In short span of three years (despite COVID constraints), he managed to seed and grow presence of ALL engineering Business Groups of Corporate in India Centers and while this resulted in to 3x the growth in employee head count, Marvell-India logged remarkable double-digit improvement in eSat (employee satisfaction) score (nearing mid-80s) during this period. Aggressive leader when it comes to growth, he believes empathy and integrity to be key values that shape organization’s culture and work environment. For him, people are at the core of the business and every employee is owner of the entire business empowered for his/her vision to shape collective destiny.* Having secured the growth trajectory, during past years; his recent focus was to seed culture of innovation in Marvell-India as he led from the front and role-modeled the value of innovation as a key factor for business success by his own engineering contributions in collaboration with peers that resulted into several patent submissions.
