● Plan, organize, and define roles for Team to ensure Customer Service Level Requirements are met effectively and efficiently● Assist team members and help them with contract, invoicing and maintenance of financial documents for West Zone customers● Deliver Billing, Banking Rate contracts and Order Rate Changes in a timely manner with zero defects● Reconciliation of Instruments – Bank Guarantees and Cheques● Stock Reconciliation of the customers● Monthly calculation of APMC Tax and Timely payment to Departments● Daily MIS reports on Customers outstanding and delayed payments● Monthly MIS reports on stock transfers, Customer billing and List of customers with late payments

● Processing of Customer Entries in banking systems using SAP● Bank Reconciliation of customers● Maintenance of bank guarantees of customers and security deposit of vendors● Verification of customer claims, and manage outstanding within credit period● Accounting collections, deposit cheques and maintain different petty cash and cash collection records
