1.Manage procurement - Cost management & zero-line stoppage. Work in coordination with Sourcing team to resolve purchase order problems with suppliers to optimize on-time delivery.6.Assess supply constraints such as short-term capacity issues, shortages of packaging material and raw material & plan actions with cross function teams.8.Monthly planning for materials required at sub-contractor to ensure the availability of Material.9.Achieve & maintain Stock accuracy by implementing BOPs, SOPs, stock counting audits10.IATF 16949:2016, ISO14001:2015 & ISO 45001 documentation & qualified internal auditor.11.Waste management - OSMI management, Waste disposal, Scrap agreements.13.Workplace safety management w.r.t. warehouse management, material handling equipment & internal SHE standards along with legal compliance.14.LEAN elements implementation like 5s, Blue cards, KAIZEN, standardized work, visual management & cost savings through projects like TIMWOOD, SCAMPER etc.15.Green field project – Set up of 3600 pallet position ASRS Warehouse. Designing SOPs, Manpower & MHEs. Preparing master data & executing test cases for successful go live.16.Managing Warehouse operations with zero injuries, set & monitor KPI for warehouse to support organizational growth. Handling & storage of 3000+ SKUs of RM, PM, FG & Spares, over 3000 Pallet positions. i.e. 60,000 square feet.18.Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures & OSDP program for function.
