About Pradip Sarkar

I am an experienced academic, and course and program designer with over 15 years of experience with teaching and research in the tertiary education sector, mainly in the areas of Information Systems, and User Experience (UX). This includes coordination of degree programs and extensive interactions with culturally diverse cohorts of students. I have also supervised post-graduate researcher students to the successful completion of their candidature. Currently, I am undertaking sessional teaching work in Usability Engineering at the RMIT School of Computing Technologies and Business Systems Analysis and Design courses at the RMIT College of Business. I am also working as a Research Support Services Advisor (sessional) at the Digital Ethnography Research Centre (DERC) within the RMIT College of Design and Social Context.I am considering career prospects in industry as a Business Analyst or UX Researcher.
