• Reduce the number of complaints of employees in the Organization.• Maintain the proper communication through LAN between various departments.• Upgrading and repairing faults of systems, Networks & Peripheral equipment.• Investigating, diagnosing and resolving all network problems.• Design and implement system security and data assurance.• Maintaining software applications, operating systems, and regular maintenance.• Supervising the administration of systems and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users.• Working on business-critical issues and fixing the same by ensuring minimum downtown.• Proactively check System Health and Hardware and Software Utilization of all servers.• Update the inventory sheet as per the change in Hardware, System & Employees
