Fuji Xerox Australia - AP• Played role of Business Analyst/Project Manager for Accounts Payable project with Fuji Xerox Australia as the client. This project was based on advanced capture technology and Documentum (Trade Mark) Case Management System. • Responsibilities include ensuring delivery of backlog items as per requirements, BA testing to identify bugs missed by Dev team prior to QA, process improvements and project reporting.Internal Systems• Played multiple roles as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Proxy Product Owner, Project Manager in developing an internal applications Eco system using Agile and XP Project delivery methodologies. • Responsibilities included requirements gathering and developing backlog, product road-map building, release planning and leading team to deliver releases as per road-map. • Expert knowledge gained in Jira and Confluence managing multiple boards/teams via tool. •Responsible for preparing and developing suitable project reports for management reporting.• Promoted XP methods and helped to fine tune same to organizational requirements.ISO 27001• Also involved in process improvement - ISO 27001 Steering Committee Member & Info Security Coordinator (Software Development). Helped Exilesoft successfully face a periodic audit. • Researched on adapting ISO 27001 standard to Agile delivery methods and was jointly responsible for application development compliance of ISO 27001 Information Security Standards.
