CurrentAs an associate Experience Design Director, I'm passionate about creating amazing user experiences through innovative design. My focus is on both human-centric and ecosystem-focused design, using design thinking methodologies to deliver exceptional results.I love leading and mentoring multidisciplinary design teams. By fostering creativity and collaboration, we achieve our project goals together. I also set up design processes and workflows that streamline production, ensuring we deliver high-quality and efficient results.My goal is always to come up with creative design solutions that solve complex problems for brands and enhance digital experiences for users. I believe that great digital experiences increase user retention and conversion rates.One of my favourite parts of the job is using storytelling to convey value and guide high-level stakeholders. I enjoy being the bridge between different teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page.Currently, I am part of the European Experience Design Leadership team at AKQA, where I help share best practices and knowledge across our Italian team.
