• Design and Planning Test Strategies and Project QA Roadmap• Review requirements, specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback in order to ensure that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous, and verifiable• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans & test cases• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, development, compliance and third-party studios to ensure the project expectations are met and delivered with excellence.• Define and implement testing strategies, plans, and test cases for internal projects.• Ensure that all testing is performed to the highest standard and all project releases meet/exceed expectations.• Manage the testing process from planning to execution, and work closely with development teams to ensure all issues are identified and resolved. Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the QA team and communicate these to senior management.• Be up to date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies to ensure that our QA team is utilizing the most effective and efficient testing techniques. Continuously identify areas of improvement for the QA process, and work to implement these improvements in a timely manner• Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate testing activities, and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.

• Test planning & test case creation for Functionality, Online, Regression & Ad-hoc testing• Training & mentoring new hires. Task Leader - Maintaining the test status related to all test deliverables• Involved in project planning & task distribution for the local team• Coordinating with the development teams about upcoming features & defect closure• Acting Lead in absence of Project Lead. Primary point of contact for Trainees & Juniors• Scheduling weekly calls with the Local team & Development Team to discuss project ongoings• Compilation of Project Reports addressed to the Production Team
