▪ Establish and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders to anticipate, prevent, and solve HR-related issues;▪ Create, develop and implement strategic projects;▪ Responsible to develop and conduct the full cycle of recruitment process; ▪ Facilitate strategic conversations with business leaders in order to identify their talent pipeline requirements;▪ Seek for new opportunities and innovative solutions that meet the business needs and bring greater engagement;▪ Guide, lead and develop the company's supervisory team, through periodic meetings; ▪ Partnering with the local managers to provide daily support and advise on company’s policies and programs;▪ Formulate, implement and maintain country KPIs aligned with business needs;▪ Support the HR department with recruitment, on-boarding, employee administration, Environmental Health & Safety, employee communication, total rewards, payroll, and other HR related activities.

Lead talent management through Trainee Programs and Succession Plans;Manage and carry out the Annual Performance Evaluation of the company;Estimate and define BUDGET and CAPEX for the upcoming years;Develop and analyze HR strategic KPIs;Weekly monitor the figures related to the company’s Manpower;Manage and execute the KEP (K'apacity, Execution and People) executive evaluation systemrequired by Singapore Office;Daily support on Expatriates Management tasks;Identify GAPs e suggest improvements for people management;Approve training, transfers and promotions based on job description analyses;Conduct exit interviews;Lead periodical updates in job descriptions.

Support in talent acquisition activities: select resumes, screening candidates, interviewing andadmission;Support Training & Development: Assistance in Internship, Trainee and Young Professionalprograms;Follow up the attendees of the Scholarship benefits program, MBA program and LanguagesProgram;Prepare, monitor and analyze HR KPIs;Prepare HR reports, minutes and documents;Attend internal and external costumers.
