- Manage a team of Global Product Cost Managers for all new and existing Lenovo MBG (Motorola) products supporting BU with cost tracking and cost savings initiatives - Lead implementation and enhancements of cost management tool under Salesforce with IT as well as submission of requirements for the creation of PowerBI dashboards - Lifetime management of TMCs (product costs) for Business Case, SLT, Geo Sales and Supply Chain- Cost integration of Lenovo systems for intercompany and B2B sales

- Responsible for quarterly RoW portfolio product cost forecasting to Pricing and Sales teams and consolidation of several NPI product cost analysis (e.g. competitive analysis, target setting and should-be cost, generation-over-generation, cycle-over-cycle), used for Reporting to drive business cases, portfolio decisions and cost studies. - Work with Procurement, BU and Supply Chain on cost risks and opportunities for the main core countries of Motorola business and track of these initiatives. - Weekly cost reviews and preparation of presentations to Leadership teams. Lead business owner to co-work with IT team on development of new tools for cost automation via Salesforce. - Creation of “Target” process to chase best-in-class costs at the launch date of the products.

Finance, Planning and Analysis for Motorola products in Brazil- Tracking and reporting to Supply Chain and GTM teams of risks and opportunities that affects the Total Manufacturing Costs of Motorola & Lenovo's products in Brazil, such as volume change, engineering improvements, government tax benefits updates, FX Rate and others;- Load and review Outlook and Plan cycles;- Tracking of material and MVA cost for all EOL, MOL and NPI products and alignment with Global team for both Motorola & Lenovo brands;- Follow-up on cost variances of Outlook/Plan against Actuals; - Support on Business Cases with comparisons and creation of scenarios to identify which one brings the highest gross margin;- Calculation / validation of cost reduction projects and review possible positive or negative manufacturing impacts after the launch of the products. - Acompanhamento e apresentação aos times de Supply Chain e GTM dos riscos e oportunidades que afetam o Custo Total de Manufatura dos produtos da Motorola e Lenovo no Brasil, tais como variação de volume, aprimoramentos de engenharia, atualizações de benefícios fiscais, taxa dólar e outros;- Lancamento e revisão dos ciclos de Projeção e Plano;- Acompanhamento dos custos de material e MVA dos produtos EOL, MOL e NPI e alinhamento com o time global para as marcas Motorola e Lenovo; - Análise das variações de custo do Outlook/Plano contra o fechamento; - Suporte em Business Cases com comparações e criações de cenários que identifiquem qual permite a maior margem- Cálculo / validação de projetos de redução de custo e revisão de possíveis impactos da manufatura positivos ou negativos após o lançamento dos produtos.
