Client Success Operations Associate Ii
Current- Stay up to date on company initiatives and product releases to ensure all content stays up to date and is consistent across channels.
- Participate in the implementation of new technology features and process improvements, developing Standard Operating Procedures along the way.
- Work with the team to identify and implement strategic process improvements.
- Identify, escalate issues and propose recommended solutions regarding potential issues with processes, systems and operations inefficiencies as they happen.
- Interpret data to help inform Client Success roadmap decisions.
- Create SOPs for necessary workflows.
