I am a psychologist with experience in Mental Health, Human Resources, Forensic, Customer Support and Volunteering. My main focus are on quality, autonomy, individual and group development and results.I graduated in 2015 and my professional career has been followed through the areas of mental health where I had the privilege of participating in workshops aim to promote autonomy and the development of work; I was able to experience and apply protocols to develop activities related to Human Resources and its maintenance within different companies; the forensic area where in addition to having the opportunity to work in the socio-educational environment and also at the Women's Police Station, I was able to structure the professional and human being that I am becoming today, and least but not last, the Customer Support area where I was able to improve my interpersonal relationships skills and also to solve issues related to the customer service. I am passionate about people, groups and about how their particularities can increase the growth of an organization.
