Worked and co-ordinated with the Support team to streamline the product support of PxAssist Chat Platform. Identify the important features that will enhance the customer experience and ensure early warning are provided to ensure uptime of the PxAssist Chat platform is maintained.We ensured that the [24]7 Assist Chat Platform ran without issues during the Holiday Season of 2014.Worked with the Development and Testing team to get releases out to production during the period.

Working with CloudMunch customers towards orchestration of steps involved in build and delivery of software. Assist team to realize their objectives of implementing Agile methodology, which includes, continuous integration, deployment and monitoring.

Led the team to create Mobile Banking Solution for Finacle.

The mission undertaken by the team was to provide support the Finacle Core Team to deliver software of better quality. This involved introducing automated checks to identify defects by static code analysis (standard tools and checks specific to the environment), manage software quality by implementing product quality metrics. Further the team went to create web based Impact Analysis Tool for easier access to up to date information for development teams and implementation teams across the globe. This was followed by creation of an automated Service Testing framework which runs a few thousand test cases per day ensuring that breakage in the basic business flows is identified early (a patent filed for the test case generation algorithm).

As a technical lead my team were focussed on providing hot patches to the banks supported on Finacle. Improve the process of patch delivery. Do a root cause analysis and ensure that the learnings are ploughed into the product/processes

Worked as team member in query tuning and performance enhancement projects, this helped Finacle to be the most scalable project in the world. Later, contributed as a designer in the conversion of the monolitic product to SOA based loosely coupled architecture.
