Built a cutting-edge data practice supporting a multi-billion dollar family office with a broad PE portfolio: fintech, aviation, P&C insurance, receivables, legal, media, sports (multi-club), and entertainment. Brought in the former CTO of Acima working with the Head of my FinTech department to overhaul technical debt and double the valuation on our fintech investments through strategic data science led pivot. The Head of my Aviation data practice built the entire data infrastructure (including streaming sensor data) for a startup ULCC airline we had invested in. Developed technical, operational, and organizational innovations to address regulatory requirements (GDPR, etc.) giving us a distinctive edge as we learned to scale the businesses and take advantage of portfolio synergies. Made significant contributions to best practices originating in data-legal questions. I believe data-legal will continue to be one of the most important areas for innovation in the coming years.

Ran a cutting edge data science practice serving multiple industries/clients which played a key role in rebranding the company and tripling the stock valuation. Key member of the founding team that grew revenues substantially in two years and helped to reposition us as leaders in the data & analytics space (Gartner).

Selected as first Chief Science Officer for the company. Developed thought leadership spanning multiple industry verticals and service lines which was key to rebranding the company. My work drove nearly a quarter-billion in acquisitions related to AI/ML.

Developed iWind prototype as part of our Industrial Asset Optimization (High-Tech & Manufacturing Services) service line. "Operational Excellence" program mitigated a quarter-billion dollars in maintenance liabilities. Further, achieved a 35% working capital increase with inventory reduction, along with a $16mm cost aversion, which adjusted the entire 2015 operating plan based on a "first of its kind" reliability & maintenance forecast using field operational data and hand-written maintenance logs. Our IAO prototype solution was sought after by Siemens, Vestas, GE, etc. as it filled a major gap in their capabilities. We were the first to market in developing a true component level quantitative model for a digital twin of a wind farm.

Resolved a critical path metered-dosing issue leading to initial FDA approval of NasaCort for Allergic-Rhinitis, with peak sales of $375 million.
