Key Job ResponsibilitiesIn charge of DC Finance for all Finance related activities Carrying out the DC Operation as per SOP of the company.Processing of Merchandise Purchase invoice, Institutional Sales Invoice etc.Effective use of PDCA thus evading unproductive processes and maintaining a discipline, streamline and cost conscious system.Able to train and manage teams for various accounting activitiesHandled monthly journal entries, accounts and various ledgersCorrected errors in accounting and introduction of organized work processes leading to better productivity.Reviewed various account and handled preparation of Merchandise Ledger Reconciliation.Responsible for conducting research and updating vendor file , activating or deleting individual files Verified payment accounts, entered information into systems to ensure printed checks and contact with customers Conduct analysis fortnightly on payment errors arising out of wrong data entry.Maintained records on accounts like expenditures, loss and profit.Responsible for conducting trainings for customers and employees on the usage of product.Responsible for handling customer queries.Assisted customers in terms of requirements and maintained library.Coordinated and worked with different vendors for distribution of materials and production.Sent and processed credit memos and purchase orders.

Prepare various MIS pertaining to Accounts Payable (Category payable). (ERP Software: SAP).Payable forecasting report preparation as per guidelines given by the Payable Head HO-Corporate.Monitoring Vendor Ledger & Reconcile.Keeping Daily payable record throughout the country.Co-ordinate with HO-Banking Team, HO- Category Team.Vendor’s issue i.e. scheme/cn/gifts/etc settlement through proper sanction & forwarding it to Zonal Team.Creation of Payment proposal (All zone) for banking Team (HO).Implementing Fast & Error free payment proposal for large volume of payment throughout the country.
